At the “View milling” stage, the thickness of the ceramic restoration is first evaluated. Using the rotation method, the restoration is positioned from all angles and when you hover the cursor on it, the thickness of the ceramic layer is shown on the bottom information line of the screen in the “thickness” column.

If necessary, there is the possibility of minimal correction of the restoration with the virtual tools “Form”, “Drop”, “Shape”.

In the "View grinding" menu, you can check the connection with the grinding machine, if necessary, turn on the "endo" mode. This mode allows you to mill the inner part of the restoration more carefully with a tighter fit, matching the surface of the restoration and minimizing the glue line. It is recommended to use it on thinned restorations fixed to the adhesive system.

The “Block visualization” window allows you to select the type, size and manufacturer of the block, visually evaluate the location in the restoration block space. This is especially true when using polychrome blocks, so you can achieve a more aesthetic result.

The program offers the best location sawn. In the window “localization of the sprue” it is possible to change its location.

The next stage is milling (“Mill” button). The system will ask you to confirm the manufacturer, type and size of the ceramic block, as well as whether quick milling is possible.

On the screen after the message about the positioning of tools, a window will appear suggesting to install the selected block and close the door of the milling machine. After performing these actions, the “Start” button can be pressed both on the screen and on the grinding unit.

The screen will indicate the grinding time, the number of grinding cycles for each of the mills. If necessary, the milling process can be paused or interrupted completely.
